Jess is the founder of CLAIM Sisterhood and creator of Unleash Your Sensuality with Jess, a movement-based community dedicated to helping women reconnect with their confidence, strength, sensuality, and authentic selves through dance and embodiment practices.

As a dance instructor, movement facilitator, performer, and former bodybuilder, Jess blends movement with reflection, intention, and community to create safe and supportive spaces where women can heal, grow, and take up space unapologetically.

Through CLAIM, she has built more than dance classes she has created a sisterhood where women are encouraged to trust themselves, celebrate themselves, and remember the power they have always carried within. Also share real life experiences and know they are not alone. 

Above all, Jess is a wife, mother, artist, and animal lover who believes that movement has the power to transform lives and that true empowerment begins from within.
